i felt the need to write about some sneakers i’m mildly interested in because i went on my once-every-three-month look-through of various releases and i was about to post a longass thread on twt but then i remembered i have dw lol.

nike air force 1 utility high 2.0

cracks up i saw these and nearly let out an ungodly noise because i found these so sexy. i’m sorry i love remixed versions of air force 1s(but dont assume i'll like a model just because it’s based off the af1s, i’m a picky bitch 😔). the slightly thicker soles with the alternating, almost square teeth bottoms that look like some pattern i would doodle thoughtlessly. the metal buckle on the side. the black tongue contrasting the rest of the white leathers. shakes nike when will you let me go from your clutches

air jordan 1 zoom comfort

oh she’s so cute. oh she’s so pretty. the adorably icy blue that peeks out from behind the swoosh cutout with the cool toned, soft grey suede. the blue detailing on the tongue, lining the sole, etc. she’s my date now i’m taking her out to dinner but then she will reject me because she’s too good for me and i will accept because i respect her and her wishes. but i will forget to change her name in my phone from ❄️babe❄️ because i’m just that type of person.

damn my guy, you were right when you said you like af1 remixes. i sure was. i don’t know, something about these kinda charms me. tfw ur in the mood to chill with your friends but also drop in to a slightly upscale restaurant. or something. these also remind me of the prada synthesis heeled high-tops except not as pointy, without the little heel, and based off af1s over what seems to be a bastardized version of converse. i’m sure some people have seen those on rv’s seulgi for queendom promos. anyways, i like the lime green colorway the most but i would switch out the chonky neon green laces for some thinner, black ones. if i found an exact match, maybe lime green laces instead. either way, i feel like the chonkiness of the laces are trying to compete with the outstanding angle of the toes and i don’t agree with that. the point has to be the point.

lol the name of these are cute. boot skoot. unlike the name though, the sneakers are sleek. these are what triggered me into the spiral of various shoe admiration for a full gotdamn hour. anyways, i love how these look good whether the whole shoe is exposed or covered by the hem of longer pants. i’m slut for frosty soles and the vibrant red stamp of vans’ usual logo on the back is an eye-catching contrast. the wraparound velcro strap and back zipper kinda seems annoying if you had to take them on and off multiple times but they look cool as hell. i don’t think i’ve ever actually wanted any vans besides the classic sk8-his or the old skool so this was a pleasant surprise.

maison margiela x reebok classic leather tabi high “bianchetto”

this guyyyyyyy. the model alone is interesting, gladiator sandals conceptualized into sneakers so there are panels left open for whatever sock(or lack thereof) can show through and of course, the tabi toe. but the bianchetto is what makes this sneaker. i do not give a shit about the red, black, and white versions after seeing the bianchetto, i don’t even know why they even bothered with the other colorways. the black shoe hand painted white in a rustic fashion—made to chip off so it looks like it’s been through shit while still looking fashionable(unlike gucci’s gross sneakers that just look plain dirty when they’re new out of the box purposely). this shit is sexy. if they weren’t six-hundred-and-fifty entire doll hairs, i would want these. maybe minghao will cop them and i’ll vicariously live out my sneaker dreams through him </3
